This house is part of a collection of neighbouring houses situated on nearly five decares of land. The location enjoys privacy, south exposure and sloping topography, offering magnificent sea vistas. The architectural design of the villas is a contemporary interpretation of the timeless Mediterranean house, with its inherent aristocracy and tranquility.
Layout
The seven stylishly identical villas are laid out along two curves with a pronounced slope between the curves running from 2 to 4 meters, which, together with the chess – like arrangement of the buildings forms a spatial composition with plenty of space for each building and a magnificent view of the sea.
Each of the villas has its very own yard and access without any shared common areas. Other advantages of the estate include its quiet and secluded location adjacent to one of the main road branches and away from the street bustle. Two parking spaces are included for each of the seven villas.
